To make our bridging finance available to as many people as possible, we’ll consider lending against many types of land and property on a first or second charge.

Because we consider most types of income including employed, self-employed and retired, we’re in a better place to lend a hand. We can consider applications from individuals, companies, trusts and pension schemes.

Case Study

How we helped rescue a buy-to-let property purchase – Two working days to complete – Let down by his original lender, our client had only two working days to complete on a residential property and stood to lose £22k. Having bought the property at auction for £214k, he needed £150k and his broker turned to Together for the first time.

A rapid response – The broker sent us an application on the Friday evening. We knew we had to work fast so, we agreed the case and sent the documents to the solicitor on the Monday. They returned the documents the same day and we paid out the loan on the Tuesday.

A happy outcome – Taking a common sense approach, we saw that no formal surveyor’s valuation was needed meaning no additional fees. In just two working days hours from getting the application to providing the funding, we completed on the client’s buy-to-let purchase.
