The Co-operative Bank plc is a retail and commercial bank in the United Kingdom, with its headquarters in Balloon Street, Manchester. The Co-operative Bank is the only UK high street bank with a customer-led Ethical Policy which is now incorporated into the Bank’s Articles of Association.
We are ready to help you manage your cash flow with a range of options available. The Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) is a new government scheme that can provide facilities of up to £5 million for smaller businesses across the UK who are experiencing lost or deferred revenues, leading to disruptions to their cash flow, by accessing lending through CBILS accredited banks. Subject to further advice from the British Business Bank, the Scheme closes to all customers and banks 30 September 2020.
At The Co-operative Bank, we have always been driven by something different: an ethical approach to banking. It’s why we were the first UK high street bank to introduce a customer-led Ethical Policy – a policy that’s been shaped by over 320,000 customer responses since 1992. In 2017, we marked the 25th anniversary of our Ethical Policy. We have worked together to tackle the things that matter to you.
