How can I check eligibility?

For immediate underwriting you will need to provide the following:

• Your business name & details
• Your last 3 P32’s & payroll details (including their ePAYE ref)
• List of Furloughed Employees
• Proof of Each Employee Being Furloughed (including furlough acceptance letters / emails)
• Proof of Employees Being Paid Furlough
• Last three month bank statements (showing salary payments / payroll)
• Your DOB and 3 year address history of PGs
• Total Amount to be claimed & claim period (start — end date)
